I'm not a huge reader of fantasy titles, but this one pulled me in. Sure, the library research on fairies dragged a bit, and there was some awkward writing. But I liked the girl/guy dynamic infinitely more than in other titles (ahem, Twilight) where the swoon factor is impossible for me even to comprehend.

Graham's hands let him do some crazy things. Yes, Graham comes off as a bit dense, but there's something to be said for this: extraordinary gifts are sometimes more extraordinary because of the ordinariness of those who possess them.
I recommend this on audio--great British narrator.
